Order Confirmation

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience any issues with your order or payment please contact us first at info@thethreadthesis.com so we can resolve the matter promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and legal action to recover costs.
