At Thread Thesis, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.

90 Day Returns

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to you. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping.

For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This applies when you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email us at info@thethreadthesis.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Within 1 to 2 business days we will send you a return authorization number, return shipping address, and detailed packing and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Use the original packaging if possible and include all accessories, tags, and documentation. Secure the package properly to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your return authorization number on the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number for your records. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We recommend using the carrier and service specified in your return instructions.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Timing: After approval your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, processing and fulfillment may already be underway, and we may no longer be able to guarantee cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reach out to us at info@thethreadthesis.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
