Ordering

How do I place an order?

Find something you love and add it to your cart. At checkout fill in your details and pick how you want to pay. Once you confirm your order you will get a confirmation email straight away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can make changes or cancel within 24 hours of you placing the order as long as it has not left our warehouse yet. After that we are not always able to step in but contact us and we will see what we can do.

When do you process orders?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MST) Monday to Friday go out the same day. Anything after that gets processed the following business day.

How long will delivery take?

Most US orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days from the date you order. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and transit typically takes 7 to 9 days after that.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can use that link anytime to check where your package is.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Is checkout secure?

Completely. All transactions are handled through encrypted payment processors. Your details are never stored on our end.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or altered.

How do I return something?

Email us at info@thethreadthesis.com with your order number and a quick note on why you are returning. Do not send anything back before hearing from us as we need to confirm the return first.

Where do I send my return?

Once your return is approved we will send you the full instructions including our return address.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and approving your return. The money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a couple of extra days to show it.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

That is on us. Email us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will get it sorted with either a replacement or a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

No problem, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipping preparation, so cancellation may no longer be possible.
